How to Reduce EMF and Electrosmog Exposure

Posted by on Sat, Feb 13, 2021

The terms electromagnetic smog, electrosmog, EMF, radiation sickness, or dirty electricity refer to all artificially generated electromagnetic fields (EMFs) emitted by all the computers, mobile phones, microwave ovens, etc. in the environment and which results in exposure of people, animals, and the environment to them.

Evidence is amassing that electrosmog is capable of causing a wide range of health issues and chronic degenerative diseases. Some these are:

  • Sleep disturbances, including insomnia

  • Headache

  • Depression and mood disorders

  • Tiredness and fatigue

Steps to Protect Yourself from Electrosmog and EMF Exposure

Posted by on Mon, Jan 25, 2021

The terms electromagnetic smog, electrosmog, EMF, or dirty electricity refer to all artificially generated electromagnetic fields (EMFs) emitted by all the computers, mobile phones, microwave ovens, etc. in the environment and which results in exposure of people, animals, and the environment to them.

Risks of EMF Exposure

Evidence is amassing that electrosmog is capable of causing a wide range of chronic degenerative diseases, especially causing nervous system injury and cancer. Sleep disorders can be caused by electrosmog. Many people who engage in various mindfulness-based healing methods find that electrosmog makes a mindfulness meditation practice exceedingly difficult, since it creates stress that keeps our minds locked into perpetual fight/flight agitation. Children and older folks are more vulnerable, and electrosmog may be a causal factor of such conditions as autism, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, ALS,[1] and mental disorders. Listed here are some simple measures you can take to lessen electrosmog injury in your environment.

5G Wireless and Your Health, an Event at NIHA in Washington, D.C.

Posted by on Mon, Sep 23, 2019

The new 5G wireless promises to make our lives better with higher internet speed, larger bandwidth and smarter technology- but is there a downside?

Will increased electromagnetic exposure (EMFs) from 5G impact our health?

National Integrated Health Associates would like to invite you to an enlightening presentation on October 1, 2019, from Theodora Scarato, MSW, Executive Director of Environmental Health Trust in Washington, D.C.

Environmental Health Trust is a scientific think tank that publishes research, develops educational resources and briefs policymakers worldwide on environmental health issues.

Title: “5G, The Wireless Revolution and Your Health”

Date: October 1, 2019

Time:  6:30-7:30 p.m.

Location: National Integrated Health Associates, 5225 Wisconsin Ave. NW, #402, Washington, D.C.

Speaker:  Theodora Scarato, MSW

Are You Sensitive to Electrosmog? Ways to Minimize Exposure to EMF

Posted by on Thu, Dec 06, 2018

Electrosmog is the electromagnetic radiation and electromagnetic frequencies that are emitted from cell phones, cordless phones, Wi-Fi, wireless devices, wireless baby monitors, electricity, cell towers, high power lines etc. that are ever present and increasing in our technological world.

Electromagnetic fields (EMF) pose possible human health risks and the effects of chronic exposure may not be known for years. Some people are more sensitive to electrosmog than others, and women seem to be more affected than men, although we do not know why. More research and studies need to be done, but the World Health Organization (WHO) reported as far back as 2005 that “For some time a number of individuals have reported a variety of health problems that they relate to exposure to EMF. “ 1

Steps can be taken to minimize exposure to electrosmog in adults and children, while still living within the internet-connected world.  It may be especially important to reduce exposure for children as their brains grow and develop, and for pregnant women, but we should all be aware of the possible risks of long term exposure and do what we can to protect ourselves.

What to Know About EMF's and How they May Affect Your Health

Posted by on Tue, Feb 25, 2014

Bob Johnson DMD

In recent years there has been a dramatic increase in neurologic and psychiatric illness. This is manifested in epidemic increases of neuro-degenerative diseases (MS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, ALS and other forms of dementia) as well as mental mood and psychosis illness (anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia) and many more.

According to the preeminent scientist/practitioner Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt MD, PhD,

Over 90% of these illnesses  are attributable to the synergistic effects of EMF, low frequency and microwave radiation and the interaction with mold/yeast, heavy metal toxicity and chronic bacterial infections (Lyme, Strep, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Viruses and more).

This “electro smog,” as it is termed, is made up of:

  • Electromagnetic frequencies (EMF): Radiation from electrical appliances, wires, transmitters and electrical lines

  • Radio frequencies (RF):  Radiation from cell phones, micro-wave technology, WiFi and other wireless technology

  • Geopathic Stress: From underground water, faults, wires, and other man-made sources.

Electro smog may affect the health of living organisms as it is unregulated, has dramatically increased in the last 20-30 years due to the prevalence of technology, and is detrimental to human cells, tissues and their DNA.

Draining Your Health and Energy

Noxious energies from electro smog may be a serious perpetuating factor for disease or the reason why some people do not heal. Noxious energies drain your body’s energy during the day and promote sleeplessness at night. Noxious energies contribute greatly to the dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system, which controls the entire body. Noxious, unhealthy energies are a major problem for all biologic systems and may be overlooked as a contributor to chronic illness.
