Craniosacral therapy for deep relaxation

One of the most popular "energy medicine" therapies, craniosacral therapy is a very gentle touch which enhances deep relaxation to boost self healing. Research has shown that the head bones rythmically move   in coordination with the sacrum. There is movement of the cranial bones and all the body tissues in a subtle, rhythmic pattern as the cerebrospinal fluid ebbs and flows.
