Here is what happens: Toxins including heavy metals, chemical from our air, food & water get lodged in our tissues. Sometimes there are lodged for decades. Yuck, right? It gets worse. Your reaction to each of these will depend on how toxic your body is. Yes, even raw vegans experience detox symptoms just because of the world we live in. We are daily assaulted with free radical in our environment. If you start to feel tired, moody etc, your body is speaking to you. Please listen.
How to minimize your detox symptoms:
-soqi bed, or far infrared mat
-salt water or clay bath
-enemas or colonics
These toxins need to exit the body & some of the best ways are to exit through the colon, or the skin. You need to be sure your colon is clean & you are not constipated. If you are, these toxins will simply continue to circulate throughout the body & will keep you sick.

Many people experience a reversal of grey hair. Some get their high school waist lines back. Others watch wrinkles vanish-- I have!
