Did you know that allergies or better treatment of allergies can alleviate conditions that are aggravated by allergies such as Migraine headaches, Sinus headaches, Recurrent sinusitis as well as Allergic Rhinitis that are triggered by airborne allergies and food allergies?

Did you know that Irritable bowel syndrome and gastroesophageal reflux (GERD) in many cases are triggered by food allergies? In a study, these two conditions were 71 % to 75 % alleviated by testing for and eliminating allergic foods.

Did you know that allergies can affect any tissue of the body?

Other conditions that are not commonly known to be symptomatic of airborne allergies and food allergies are fatigue and depression.  In the same study, the symptoms of depression and or anxiety were 31 % improved by eliminating allergic foods and 73 % further improved by treating airborne allergies. Fatigue in allergic patients was 60% improved by testing for and eliminating food allergies in the diet and further improved by 52 % by also treating for airborne allergies.1

Other conditions not thought to be allergy related are cases of inflammatory arthritis and degenerative arthritis. Inflammatory arthritis was 65 % improved by eliminating food allergies and another 49 % improved by treating airborne allergies. Cases of degenerative arthritis in this study were 44% improved by eliminating allergic foods and a further 49% improved by treating airborne allergies.

Allergies can affect any tissue of the body beside the nose such joints, connective tissue, and gastrointestinal tract.  Testing and Treatment for Allergies and food sensitivities need to be considered in alleviating inflammation in these areas of the body.
