Once I posted this, I received responses from people saying:
"Gym is most important." etc.
So, I've decided for the first time to flash my abs (and my biceps). I don't do this often, but today I'm just making a point!
Yes, I STRONGLY AGREE THAT ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN!
And, our outside is a reflection of what is going on inside!
~Cleansing RAW foods & vegetable juices sweep the body and rid the body of toxins.
~LIVING foods regenerate and REBOOT the body on a cellular level for optimal efficiency.
~Raw foods can liberate you mentally, spiritually, emotionally & physically.
~a gym rat (though I move my body regularly)

~no tummy tuck
~a mother to 3 children
~43 yrs old (this summer)
~in nearly the best shape of my life
Aging does not mean falling apart in our 40's, 50's, 60's & 70's!
We are incredibly designed to live a healthy life for decades to come, if we learn early to fuel the body correctly!
