I’m pleased to announce that the Candida Healing Institute which launched in July of this year, 2011, has graduated it’s first class of women who are now successfully engaged in their candida cleanse, and we will begin our next session on November 2, 2011.

Conquering Candida is Not a "Quick Fix"

One of the most unfortunate parts of treating this condition, is how much misinformation exists regarding bringing this ‘bad bug’ under control.  The internet is simply crawling with remedies that promise a ‘quick fix’ or with diets that only address part of the issue. I know first hand how frustrating, confusing, and expensive it can be to effectively heal from this condition, without the proper guidance.

Many people suffering from this problem believe they can simply take a few supplements and follow a restrictive diet for a few weeks and get lasting results.  What they come to learn, after weeks of deprivation on one of these ‘so-called’ Candida cleanses, is that as soon as they try to resume eating a normal diet, their symptoms return and all their efforts will have been in vain.

The Candida Healing Institute

With this in mind, I founded the Candida Healing Institute to provide all the information necessary to properly prepare for this cleanse and to assist in implementing all the dietary and lifestyle changes necessary to overcome this condition.  This coaching program will not only teach you how to eliminate the Candida, but more importantly how to create new conditions within your body which make it difficult for the Candida to thrive, all while properly reintroducing the friendly flora needed to control the Candida.

I’ve witnessed countless individuals who have followed a restrictive Candida diet yet have done nothing to return balance to their internal ecosystem.  Without addressing this issue, the ideal environment to support Candida overgrowth will still exist, which welcomes the Candida to return and grow, unchecked.  I can attest to the incredible frustration this brings, at times causing some to believe they may never recover.

Our next session of the Candida Healing Institute will begin November 2, 2011 and will prepare our students to begin the cleanse the first week in January 2012.
