As you may have noticed, I’ve not posted a blog entry in a few weeks... (sorry about this!) You see, I’ve been pretty engrossed in finalizing a HUGE new project that I’ve been working on for some time now.

I’m sure you know, as a health coach, I usually practice what I preach in terms of balancing work and personal time.  A great way to destroy your health is to "burn the candle at both ends"- and we don’t want that!

But this has been a different kind of "busy" for me.... in this case, it’s a good thing.

This is the kind of "busy" you experience when your heart is fully into a project and you view it as completing part of your life’s work.

This is the first time I’ve mentioned it publicly, but I’ve been hard at work on this for well over 18 months, now.  The reason I’m so excited about this project is that it’s so close to my heart... it’s what drives me to get out of bed in the morning and what keeps me up late into evenings (not too late of course!).

Namely, this project is focused completely on answering the questions that burn within me each day...

How can I help more people who are struggling to lose weight?

So many people are trying tirelessly to diet and eat a healthy diet, but are still “stuck” because no matter what they try, nothing seems to work. How can I really reach out to them so they can get healthy, get well, get slim, sexy and energized, and have the bodies they’re longing for? (Sound like you?)

It still amazes me when I look back on my own journey to learning what truly nourishes my body and how many years I had to struggle in order to get to where I am now.  All I can think is, “You’ve come a long way baby!”

I can’t tell you what a difference it makes to be able to walk into a grocery store and know exactly what my body needs to stay healthy and well.  AND I can’t tell you how much it means to me to be able to share what I’ve learned.

So here’s the big announcement...

If you saw the NIHA newsletter last week, I announced a FREE NUTRITION VIDEO TRAINING SERIES that will premier in November.  I’m super excited to be able to share some of what I’ve been hard at work on.  We’ll be giving away some great information, tips and tricks of the trade, and showing you more of “what’s to come” (hint: my big project!)

So if you haven’t done so already-
